Problem: Seaming
Reason: Poor adhesion of the seams lead to openings that will allow water to enter– this can compromise the insulation and roof deck.
Solution: Probe seams and then install compatible membrane over the open seams.

Problem: Detachment from Roof Edge
Reason: Improper priming of the gravel stop led to detachment.
Solution: Remove membrane, clean and prime the metal edge and install new membrane.

Problem: Alligatoring
Reason: Standing water on the roof and the lack of a coating caused premature deterioration of the membrane.
Solution: Clean roof by pressure wash, install a waterproof coating to prevent additional breakdown of the membrane.

Problem: Curb Flashing Detachment
Reason: Poor seam construction on the vertical flashing.
Solution: Install compatible corner membrane to seal the curb.

Problem: Third Party Damage
Reason: Equipment from third parties set equipment on the roof leading to membrane punctures and damage.
Solution: Install compatible membrane to seal punctures. Walkway padding also can be installed to provide more protection in high traffic areas.
