NCR has a long track record of installing waterproof roof coatings for numerous customers.  These products can restore your existing roof system and add years of serviceable life.

• Waterproofing and Weatherproofing: a roof coating can serve as a protective barrier between moisture, UV exposure and other weather elements that cause your roof system to deteriorate.  There are numerous products on the market.  Although most coatings are reflective, not all coatings offer the same waterproofing qualities.  It is important to understand the differences.    

• Economical: a coating can be installed at a fraction of the cost of replacement.  This allows owners to keep their facilities dry while they build their reserves for a more expensive replacement at a later date.  In some cases, a coatings manufacturer may extend their initial warranty an additional amount of time.

• Energy Efficient: reflective roof coatings reflect visible light and infrared and ultraviolet radiation. This leads to lower roof temperatures which in turn helps reduce cooling costs for buildings with air conditioning units and reduce interior temperatures in buildings with no cooling units.

• Reduced Tenant Disruption: many coatings can be sprayed or rolled on which is much less disruptive to tenants than a replacement project.
